The Authenticity Audit isn’t another generic assessment that tells you to “be more positive” or “practice better boundaries.”

It’s a clear-eyed look at where your true self is breaking through and where it’s being muffled by life “best practices” that were never designed for you.

This personal authenticity assessment includes:

• You share three expression touchpoints (how you show up in different areas of your life—work, relationships, online presence)
• I explore how you’re showing up vs. how you could be showing up if you weren’t following someone else’s rules
• You receive a clear-eyed report that identifies where your authentic self shines through (and where it’s being drowned out)
• I offer three specific, actionable practices that don’t require you to be someone you’re not

I deliberately limit this to 5 audits per month. Not because I can’t handle more, but because your authentic self deserves space to be seen clearly.
