Day 100

Have you ever felt excited to learn more about yourself? Like genuinely curious about what makes you, you?

It’s the strangest feeling. I had a moment of tangible excitement today. It was as if, for the first time in my life, I truly grasped the value of knowing myself more deeply.

Maybe it’s just me, but I rarely prioritise self-discovery. I mostly just exist—living and moving through my daily routines. There’s nothing wrong with that. But how often are we encouraged to build meaningful relationships with our core selves?

It’s an abstract concept, but today’s excitement showed me that genuine enthusiasm for important inner work is possible.

I now consider this knowledge about myself priceless because it has the power to shift mountains in my life that would otherwise seem immovable.

This newfound excitement feels like finding a hidden door in a familiar room. I’m curious where this path of self-discovery will lead—what patterns I might notice, what strengths I might uncover, and what stories I might rewrite.

For now, I’m simply savouring this unexpected enthusiasm for the journey inward.
