Day 180

“Sometimes exhaustion is not a result of too much time spent on something, but of knowing that in its place, no time is spent on something else.” ― Joyce Rachelle

It’s one of those days again. Hardly any words.

When you’re trying to build something for yourself, spending time on anything else carries an air of resentment. As if your body and soul know that you’re doing something that pulls you away from what you truly wish to do.

The exhaustion isn’t from the work itself—it’s from the constant negotiation between what you must do and what you’re meant to do. It’s the weight of dreams deferred, creativity postponed, purpose put on hold.

Today, I honour this tiredness for what it really is: not laziness, but longing.
