Day 2

Have you ever hit a point in a race, workout, or any intense activity where it feels like you simply can’t keep going? You’ve pushed so fucking hard to get to the point you’re at, but you’re not done yet, and you have to push one last time to get to the finish line.

I felt this last year. I felt it viscerally, tangibly. I felt it all over my body, and it hurt a lot. The thing is, I wasn’t doing an intense activity. I was trying to get through the day. I was trying to read an email. I was trying to create a to-do list because I was overwhelmed. It honestly felt like I couldn’t keep going. It was extreme. I’ve never experienced that before.

I don’t want to experience that again… so this year WILL look different. This year has no space for anything like this, and I’m excited for what is coming!
