Day 52

Even the darkest skies hold stars.

I’m learning that difficult moments don’t define the entirety of my journey. They’re simply passages – spaces between brighter days.

When I feel overwhelmed, I’ve started to practice looking for tiny points of light: the morning coffee that tastes just right, a moment of unexpected laughter, the way sunlight filters through leaves, the way clouds take up the sky.

These small joys aren’t distractions from reality. They’re reminders of what remains possible even during struggle.

I don’t need to wait until everything is perfect to find moments worth treasuring. The beauty exists alongside the difficulty, not just after it passes.

Tomorrow will bring its own challenges and gifts. Today, I choose to notice both.
