Day 78

Being self-aware is the best gift you could ever give yourself. It’s the best gift you could ever receive.

I will be honest in saying that it’s a difficult journey. There are moments that feel impossible to get through, but I can’t stress enough how rewarding it will be once you’re through it.

Once you have self-awareness, there are certain things in people and the world that you can’t unsee. Patterns become visible. Motivations become transparent. Things you’ve never thought twice about suddenly reveal themselves as absurd or unnecessary.

This clarity acts like a filter, showing which relationships nurture your growth and which ones drain you.

The revolution within yourself will challenge certain connections, even breaking them apart… But there’s profound freedom in understanding that self-awareness is more valuable than maintaining relationships with people who don’t truly see or lift you up.

The hardest part is that self-awareness isn’t a destination but a practice.

Each day brings new blind spots to discover and new patterns to recognise. Yet with each revelation, you become more authentically yourself—more capable of choosing a life that aligns with who you truly are rather than who you’ve been told to be.
